Generic Responsibilities:

Boost company growth and sales by conducting market research.
Developing business strategies and identifying new business opportunities
Spearheading sales activities
Customer calls & conversion, handling & retention.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn about upcoming events and planning.
Deliver the best possible support and attention to all customers.
Develop positive relationships with customers and teammates.
Exhibit reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days to meet business needs.

Key Tasks:

Customer calls & sales conversion
Event booking flow practices on emails and calls.
Handling customer queries & registrations.
Support as Ride base contact.
Social media engagements & updates management, including updating status/stories.
Coordination with the Social Media & Marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

BBA/BBM/MBA/equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institution.
Proven track record in tourism/travel sales, preference to motorcycle tourism domain for a minimum of three years.
Effective communication in English; Hindi proficiency is preferred.
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective teamwork and excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility with scheduling, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skillset:

Excellent sales & negotiation capabilities
Language communication skills in English and Hindi.
Interpersonal, presentation, coordination, and organizational skills (follow-up & sales).
Basic technical knowledge of digital systems.
