1) Pricing details (per person) -


  • Own Motorcycle, own fuel:  ₹87,000/-


  • Solo rider covering rented RE Himalayan motorcycle:  ₹106,000/-


  • Twin sharing covering rented RE Himalayan motorcycle (per person): ₹96,000/-


  • Backpack traveler (SUV/Tempo Traveler) : ₹74,000/-


  • All new RE Himalayan 450 upgrade : ₹10,000/-




2) Confirm your registration by paying ₹7,000/- advance. Balance payment to be made before 20 days of the ride start date.


Note: There’s meticulous planning involved in setting the price of the package offered to you. Our pricing policy assures the same standard pricing for all the participants with a specific itinerary. Please be assured that the pricing is very well balanced, it is placed in such a way so as to present you a quality experience throughout the event.

You are requested to read & understand complete details of Terms & Conditions here. This section gives a glimpse of few important topics for your reference and any change/update to the T&C specific to this event.


Eligibility:

  • A valid driving licence and documents as required in the documentation section is mandatory for taking part in the ride.

  • Persons aged below 18 years are not allowed to participate in the ride event.


1) Responsibility of the rider:

  • Keep yourself hydrated always.

  • Even if a support vehicle is accompanying the ride, The items you might require before the arrival of the luggage vehicle should be carried along with you on the motorcycle(Clothes, footwear etc.). Please keep in mind that the support vehicle may get blockages and our motorcycle luggage must suffice for a few days in case of such a scenario.

  • In your motorcycle luggage, Carry

  • Driving licence, registration and mediclaim documents

  • First aid kit & prescribed medication.

  • Spare motorcycle key.

  • Energy bars/snacks.

  • Any damage that occurred to the bike during the ride will be payable by the rider directly.

  • In case of a scenario that the rider decides to leave the tour(health/personal reasons), Charges for transporting the bike from the leaving point till bike return location will be chargeable.

  • Please avoid the use of plastics (bags/avoidable plastic items) during the entire trip

  • The local lifestyle, culture, traditions will be different, we should be open to it and respect the same.

  • Harm no plants and animals on the trip.


2) Cancellation policy:

  • Sincerely, Team TDR puts huge effort in planning and presenting a ride for you. However, we have tried our best to give you flexibility in planning your tour with us.

  • Minimum number of participants required for this ride is 14. We will finalise the ride only if the minimum number of participants have registered for this event, this decision will be taken one week before the ride departure date. Participants can either transfer the registration to a different departure date/tour or opt for 100% refund.

  • In case a situation arise with you that you can't go ahead with the confirmed booking plan, you may choose to:

  1. Transfer your booking to another person

  2. Cancel your booking w.r.t the cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation after registration other than the above mentioned scenario/force majure goes with a cancellation cost as follows:

                    1.    60 days or more before tour start date - full refund (minus payment gateway fee)

                    2.    31-59 days before tour start date - retention of advance booking amount

                    3.    0-30 days before tour start date - retention of 100% tour price



3) Covid19 Guideline adherence:

  • In case of a Covid19 scenario or similar case, if a situation arise that the tour need to be cancelled before the departure date, 100% refund will be provided or you may opt for a different departure date or tour with us.

  • As there are restrictions for border crossing between states, it is mandatory to take both the vaccinations for participating in the ride.

  • If the government regulations change at the time of the event, the same will be applicable.


4)  FORCE MAJEURE


Unusual and unforeseeable circumstances which are beyond normal control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised. Such circumstances or events include (but are not limited to) war, or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, volcanic activity, fire and adverse weather conditions.

In the event of any of the above, refunds or compensation cannot be made and participants will be responsible for providing all their own additional meals, travel and accommodation.

  • TDR Rides are designed for bikes with an engine capacity of 200cc and more.


  • We love riding all motorcycles, so we are not confined to a specific brand or class of motorcycles for joining TDR rides. Your favourite motorcycle is always welcome to participate in TDR Rides. However, Royal Enfield motorcycles are preferred for the rides due to various reasons: Ability of the motorcycle to tackle variety of terrains, Spare parts, service centre availability, easiness of service etc.


  • Modified motorcycles are good in it's own way. Since we are doing a long distance ride for many days, please make sure that modified motorcycles with accessories which might cause environmental issues in terms of exhaust sound, exhaust air polution etc. are to be replaced with genuine company accessories. Also, modifications which are not confining to the regulations put forth by the governing law are not allowed.


  • You are requested to make a complete check up of your motorcycle and service it before transporting the bike if you are using an owned bike.


  • Please do a thorough check in case of renting out a motorcycle for the ride, we will provide a detailed list of basic check up of your vehicle.

  •  Insurance during the ride period, covering ride location for motorcycle ride


  • Personal documents as may be required by authorities


  • Doctor’s medical certificate in required format stating rider/ pillion fitness for riding to the particular locations as mentioned in the ride details including climatic condition change


  • Medical self certificate as per the required format


  • Indemnity bond duly signed


  • Two passport size photographs


  • Aadhar card - ID proof for Inner line permit requirements.

1) Rider/pillion travel expense (Flight/train etc.)


2) Rider/pillion insurance during the ride period, covering ride location  for motorcycle ride.

5) Minimal Motorcycle spares for Royal Enfield motorcycles will be available during ride, on a chargeable basis on replacement requirements.


6) Foreigner expense


7) GST of 5% will be added with the above mentioned pricing details.


8) Lunch is not covered

1)We assure you an authentic experience carefully curated by our team of passionate professionals. 


2) Fuel expenses as per itinerary


3) Accommodation will be on a 3/4star class(as per availability or best in class with the same standard) in all the ride locations. In some cases, depending on location, premium tented accommodation will be provided as mentioned in the itinerary. Team TDR will ensure hygiene and required amenities keeping hi-class standards.


4)Experienced Ride lead will be accompanying the ride


5) Dinner and breakfast on all days 


 6) Luggage support (please bring duffle/rucksack bag, the hard suitcases/trolly bags are not allowed)


7) Experienced technician will accompany the ride in case of support during ride and regular upkeeping of the motorcycles.

9)Ensure rider safety with high end satellite navigation system for continuous monitoring throughout the tour

Riding Gear

Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Rider safety is greately depended on use of proper riding gears w.r.t weather, terrain and speed of riding. TDR strictly adhere to the best practices of motorcycle riding gear selection and usage in all the rides designed by us. 


Here's is a list of gears suggested for this ride:

  • ISI, DOT or Snell approved full face helmet (non-modular / non open face) that fits right. Pinlock anti-fog lens for the visor is suggested.

  • Boots: preferably riding boots or leather ankle boots.

  • Jacket: preferably riding jacket or body armour, elbow guards, rainproof lining or rain cover is also suggested.

  • Pants: preferably waterproof riding pants or denim with knee guards.

  • Riding Gloves - preferably full finger.

  • Rain gear.
